Michael, a five-year-old boy, showed up at the courthouse in Grand Rapids, Michigan, for an adoption hearing with his foster parents, and he had a crowd of unusual supporters.
Michael's entire kindergarten class sat in the audience behind him waving big red hearts mounted on wooden sticks to show their support.
The kindergartners offered the most touching answers, standing up and telling the court, "I love Michael" or "Michael's my best friend.”
Michael's new father and mother have been married for nearly 10 years, and he'd been living with them as a foster child for more than year.
Adoption truly is at the heart of the Gospel.

We live in a day when churches are filled with people ready to hear and receive God’s mercy. Unfortunately, however, it is often accompanied by a de-emphasis or concealment of the truth of God’s Word.
Paul, the salvation-by-grace-through-faith Apostle, was asked if salvation is solely a product of grace what benefit then does the law provide. Paul responded, “Without the law, I wouldn’t have known God’s righteous standard and how far away from it I was.”
Any presentation of God’s mercy absent of God’s truth is no Gospel at all.
Iniquity is purged by mercy and truth.

Since being founded 115 years ago, the Boy Scouts of America has announced that it will officially change its name to Scouting America, effecting February 8, 2025.
The change, according to the organization, is it’s latest effort to brand itself as a more inclusive organization. Did you get that? The BOY Scouts need to be more inclusive. What else do they need to include?
This is yet another attack on the God-ordained, God-designed, distinctives of maleness and femaleness. The objective here is to remove those distinctions and reduce mankind to an androgynous amalgamation of human goo.

18 states have now filed a lawsuit against the Biden Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) after it released new sexual harassment guidelines extending Title VII’s protections against sex-based discrimination to cover gender identity.
The new guidelines insist an employer may be liable for improper pronoun usage by employees or for keeping male employees out of the women’s restroom and vice-versa.
The states suing to stop this garbage include Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia.

The World Health Organization (WHO) opened its annual meeting in Geneva, Switzerland. But its most regressive and ambitious project, the “Global Pandemic Treaty,” has been shelved… for now.
The WHO has worked these last two years to develop a treaty that would give it unilateral authority to declare “global pandemics” and to dictate health policy to individual nations. If adopted, it would effectively supplant national sovereignty concerning health policy.
Increased criticism from what was called “right wing activists” threw a wrench in their plans.
Thankfully, we’ve avoided this disaster… for now. Rest assured these regressive radicals will continue to their efforts. We must remain vigilant.

Fresh off of the Exodus, the Israelites approached the Promised Land. 10 spies were chosen from the leaders of each tribe. Of the ten spies, only two of them—Joshua and Caleb, remained confident in the LORD. The others, withered in fear.
God himself observed that Caleb had a “different spirit.”
In a crowd of fearful naysayers, we are confident Calebs… because we work in in light of The Caller’s potency. If God be for us who can be against us.

Is it too much to ask to require Congress Members understand Memorial Day? For Representatives Ilhan Ohmar and Cori Bush, ignorance seems to persist unbound.
Memorial Day is a national day of observance set aside to honor and mourn those military service members who gave their lives while serving in our Armed Forces.
Representatives Ohmar and Bush made, and then deleted, social media posts purportedly addressing the living… for Veterans Day.
While disappointing, it’s not surprising that Squad Members like these two didn’t grasp the weight, gravity, and significance of mourning those who died while serving our country.

Josiah’s ascendancy to the throne in Judah followed 57 years of wicked monarchial rule. Josiah’s grandfather was Manasseh. He reigned in Judah 55 years. The Scripture records him as one of the most wicked kings in Judah’s history. Manasseh’s son, Amon, followed him as Judah’s king. He was wicked too, just like his Daddy. He reigned 2 years in Judah.
Then comes Josiah. Though he was Amon’s son and Manasseh’s grandson, he charted a different path.
No matter how wicked your family history may be, that doesn’t dictate your destiny. Like Josiah, chart a new path.

In Chicago Public Schools, 16% of elementary school students demonstrated proficiency in reading. 12% showed proficiency in math. 16% of middle school students were proficient in reading, 12% in math. 14% of their high school students were proficient in both reading and math. These test scores aren’t referring to mastery. We’re talking about basic proficiency.
Nevertheless, the Chicago Teachers Union has demanded $50 billion in pay hikes and other absurd perks. There are about 340,000 students enrolled in Chicago’s public schools. Objective metrics show the children are not learning.
Yet, the teachers union demands a raise. Shameful.

The Jurupa Unified School District in California issued an edict requiring teachers to address students by their preferred pronouns and to conceal from parents any “gender transitioning” students may pursue.
Jessica Tapia, a Christian and former teacher in the district, was fired when she refused the edict and because she posted about her faith and opinions on her private social media. Tapia said her faith prevents her from lying to children and concealing lies from the children’s parents.
She will now receive $360,000 from the School District to settle the wrongful termination lawsuit she filed against them.
Standing in truth yields vindication.

The most senior medical oncologist in Japan slammed the COVID-19 mRNA shots as “the work of evil” that has caused “essentially murder.”
Dr. Masanori Fukushima, who spearheaded the first cancer outpatient clinic at Kyoto University and launched the first course in pharmacoepidemiology there, identified a slew of problems with the mRNA jabs, evidencing what he called an evil “abuse of science.”
He pointed out that “turbo cancers,” a kind “previously unseen by doctors” that progress extremely quickly and are typically in stage four by the time they are diagnosed, started to appear after the jab rollouts.
Dr. Fukushima added, autoimmune disease, neurodegenerative diseases, and other infections have also increased post-jab.

Genesis 12 begins with God calling Abram to leave Haran, his relatives, and all that was comfortable and familiar to him and directing him to the Promised Land. One of the first things Abram encounters in the Promised Land is famine.
When God directs us, we should never assume His will comes without difficulty. However, the presence of difficulty doesn’t nullify God’s direction. Our faithfulness to Him should never be determined by surrounding circumstances. When God calls, follow Him. Rejoicing follows obedience.
“Just as it is written, "HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET OF THOSE WHO BRING GOOD NEWS OF GOOD THINGS!” Romans 10:15 (NASB).

A friend of mine who pastors in Nigeria once said to me “ya know, America has sent more missionaries into the world than any other nation before it. But the nation that once sent missionaries has now become the mission field.”
As you consider the calling God has for you, I just want to remind you that just as other nations need missionaries we need missionaries in America too.
There are a lot of neighborhoods right here in our country that desperately need evangelism and discipleship. Let’s not forget them.
"Having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people.” 2 Timothy 3:5 (ESV).

Today some professing Christians assert that Critical Theory, Critical Race Theory, and Intersectionality are helpful tools for the Church. These people have an appearance of godliness, but their assertions deny the sufficiency of God’s Word to guide the Church in living out the reconciliation Jesus secured for us on the cross.
Make no mistake, as Paul told Timothy, the God-breathed Scripture is sufficient for teaching, for correction, for training in righteousness.
Those who have an appearance of godliness, but deny the power of God’s Word for doctrine and practice must be identified and avoided.

Genesis 3 records for us the cataclysmic rebellion against God in the Garden of Eden. The entire episode, Eve’s entertainment of the sensual lies of the talking snake, the deceptive twisting of God’s word, all of it transpired with Adam standing right there.
Adam was the one to whom God entrusted his word to originally, Adam was the one God charged with cultivating and protecting the garden and his wife.
Yet he stood there silent.
Men, let us not repeat Adam’s sin of present absence.
Stand on God’s word and defend your gardens!

A generation has been taught they descend from animals, that there is no God.
They’ve been taught they are nothing more than a cosmic accident, they have no purpose and life has no meaning.
Life’s meaninglessness has been punctuated for them by the 60 million children who’ve been slaughtered in the womb… and counting.
But society is shocked when they act out exactly as they’ve been taught… like animals with no conscience.
Respect for human life begins with respect for the Life-Giver.
America needs repentance!

Buzz Aldrin is the famed astronaut who planted the American flag on the moon and explored it for some 21 hours.
What many don’t know, however, is what Mr. Aldrin did to commemorate the moon landing.
Aldrin, a committed Christian and Elder in his local church, marked the incredible occasion by celebrating Holy Communion. This first meal ever eaten on the moon was a celebration of the LORD’s table, a lunar declaration that Jesus Christ is our LORD, Savior, and soon coming King.
That’s pretty cool.

We live an era currently where spirituality is en vogue. Christ following is not.
Some, even claim to love Jesus while simultaneously rebelling against His word and encouraging others to rebel similarly.
But, Jesus said it himself: “if you love me you will obey me. Whoever does not love me does not obey my words.”
Make no mistake about it, to love Jesus is to obey Him. You cannot love Jesus and disobey Him.
If you are living in rebellion against Jesus’ word, you are not following Jesus as He’s revealed Himself in scripture. You’re following a god you’ve created.
“For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb.” Psalm 139:13 (ESV).

According to the CDC and the Guttmacher Institute the number one reason women choose abortion is they’re “not ready for a child.”
2) “Can’t afford a baby.”
3) “Don’t want any more children.”
4) “Don’t want to be a single mother.”
5) “Not mature enough to raise a child
6) “Would interfere with education or career.”
Those reasons represent 95% of all abortions.
Risks to the mother’s physical health represent less than 4% of all abortions and conception resulting from “rape and incest” represent 1% of all abortions.
The reality? Abortion is used as birth control.
“Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion.” 2 Corinthians 9:7 (ESV).

Merriam Webster’s dictionary defines socialism as an economic system in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state. The distribution of goods are controlled by the state. It is a system where there is no private property. A stage of society in Marxist theory transitional between capitalism and communism.
American socialist put the descriptor “democratic” in front of socialism because they hope to persuade you to vote for… the elimination of private property.
Make no mistake, socialism is socialism. There is no kinder, gentler form of it.
