In a 6-3 decision, Justices Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett joined the Regressive flank of the Supreme Court, which includes Chief Justice John Roberts frankly, in denying once again to hear the Pennsylvania lawsuit, originally filed prior to the November elections, concerning the PA state supreme court’s unconstitutional decision to change the state’s election laws.
Ironically, four of these justices refused to hear the case before the election because the election hadn’t yet occurred. Now they say the legal claims are moot.
Before, “it’s too early” to address these issues. Now, it’s too late.
