The Biden administration’s massive amnesty bill is here. It’s called the U.S. Citizenship Act of 2021. It provides amnesty for all illegal aliens and those deported by the Trump administration.
Employers can keep illegal aliens on the payroll as long as they say the employee intends to apply for amnesty.
The bill also ends penalties for Visa overstays. So if you came here on a Tourist Visa in December or earlier, and overstayed, congratulations, you would be on a path to citizenship under this bill.
