Covid-19 originated in the Wuhan Province in China. President Trump calls it the Chinese Virus. Regressive pundits say “its racist” for him to do so.
Historically, diseases are named due their place of origin or the location of their first known victims.
Hence, the West Nile Virus, Ebola, Japanese Encephalitis, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, and the list literally goes on and on.
The bottom line, racism chatter here is ridiculous.
