The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled the Trump administration can use about $4 billion in military funds to construct our southern border wall.

In its decision, the Court noted that the U.S. Supreme Court made a similar decision last year to allow the president to use military funds, highlighting the absurdity of the lower court ruling.

Last September, Defense Secretary Mark Esper authorized moving the military construction funds toward border wall construction.
