207 members of Congress have signed an amicus brief urging the U.S. Supreme Court to revisit its Roe v. Wade opinion.

The brief was filed in conjunction with Americans United for Life in a case pending before the Court challenging a Louisiana Law that requires a doctor to have admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of the facility where an abortion is performed.

Justice Clarence Thomas has already gone on record indicating his willingness to revisit Roe.  He’s said “when faced with a demonstrably erroneous precedent, my rule is simple: We should not follow it.”

Justice Thomas is right!
