Thanks to an agreement between Governor Gavin Newsome and the Democrat-controlled CA legislature, 90,000 illegal aliens ages 19 to 25 will be eligible for California’s Medicaid program, known as Medi-Cal.

If approved, the Medical expansion will take effect in January 2020 and cost $98 million annually.

To help pay for it, the state will begin taxing people who don’t have health insurance similar to the Obamacare individual mandate tax penalty.

So poor Californians who can’t afford health insurance will be taxed to pay the medical bills for illegal aliens.

Makes perfect sense to regressives.
