Illinois’ “Reproductive Health Act,” SB 25. Is worse than NY’s pro-baby murder law.

It repeals the state’s ban on partial birth abortion, allows babies to be killed through the 40th week of gestation, and requires insurance companies to pay for it.

It also eliminates the state’s Abortion Performance Recusal Act so that medical professionals will be forced to recommend, perform or assist in abortions.

All licensing requirements for abortuaries would be removed and pregnant minors would be able to kill their babies without parental notice… and the parents will be forced to pay for it regardless of their consent.
