 Edward St. John, owner and founder of St. John Properties, created a $10 million Christmas bonus money pool for his 198 employees.

 Each employee, including the maintenance staff, receptionists, brokers, and executives, received a Christmas bonus check.

 The bonuses averaged $50,000 per employee with some bonuses reaching the $250,000 and $270,000 mark.  The bonuses were awarded based on the length of time each person has worked for the company.

 The employees cried in exuberant joy saying this bonus changed their lives forever.

 What wonderful generosity from Mr. St. John.

 I doubt you see these types of Christmas bonuses given in a socialist country.
