The incumbent Democrat Governor of New York is being attacked from the left in the Democrat primary by actress Cynthia Nixon similar to the way Bernie Sanders attacked Hillary Clinton in 2016.
Things got rather testy in their primary debate where Cuomo made things a little harder for himself.
He asked Nixon to stop interrupting. She accused him of lying. He then responded that he would stop lying when she did.
Uh… ya just admitted to lying.
Nixon, a left leaning, Bernie Sanders type who embraces all things regressive and Cuomo, another regressive, who admitted lying publicly.
Oh, New York.
