Though many in the media denied the imminent threat posed by the migrant caravan that originated in Honduras, the first caravaners have now arrived.
In 1966, Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, devised a strategy to overwhelm the New York welfare system by adding as many people as possible to the welfare rolls to topple the existing system and replace it with a national system of annual income guaranteed by the government.
This migrant caravan issue, aided by anonymous financial supporters, is the Cloward-Piven strategy applied on the national stage.
