Flippy, the burger-flipping robot, has completed its first shift at a California fast food restaurant, replacing humans at the grill.
It grills burgers to perfection every time and even places them on the buns when they’re cooked.
Much like self-driving vehicles, Flippy continuously learns from its experiences over time.
Whose jobs do you think Flippy puts at risk? The fast food restaurant owners, the managers, or the minimum wage workers. Minimum wage hikes hurt low wage workers more than anyone.
No wonder this robot is rolling out in California, ground zero in “the fight for $15.”
